SAN BENITO COUNTY WATER CONSERVATION AND FLOOD CONTROL DISTRICT ACT

§ 70-12.1. Levy of tax for project in more than one zone in same area prohibited.

Sec. 12.1. Notwithstanding any other provision of this act it shall be unlawful to levy a tax for a project in more than one zone established in the same area.
