SAN BENITO COUNTY WATER CONSERVATION AND FLOOD CONTROL DISTRICT ACT

§ 70-2. Creation; name; territory.

Sec. 2. A district is hereby created to be called the San Benito County Water District. The district shall consist of all of the territory within the County of San Benito.
