SAN BENITO COUNTY WATER CONSERVATION AND FLOOD CONTROL DISTRICT ACT

§ 70-7.1. Ground water charge.

Sec. 7.1. The board shall have the power, in addition to the powers enumerated elsewhere in this act, to levy and collect a ground water charge for the production of water from the ground water supplies within a zone or zones of the district which will benefit from the recharge of underground water supplies or the distribution of imported water in such zone or zones.
